Black thick wool crepe with scoop neckline and 3/4 dolman sleeves. The straight skirt is heavily gathered into the dropped waistline. The dress is closed down the center front with buttons and bound buttonholes. The silk lining of the bodice is sewn in by hand and the skirt is underlined in black sheer.
