Bob Mackie Beaded Knit Dress, 1980s
Black wool knit dress with three-quarter length sleeves and a center back zip closure. A stand collar, deep v-neckline and undersleeves are made of red silk printed with a square pattern in black, which is embroidered with red and black glass bugle beads. The silhouette of the dress is fuller over the hips and tapers to the hem. The hem of each sleeve closes with a zip. A tuck over the back of each shoulder aids in the full silhouette.
