One-piece dress of a black velvet bodice with crew neckline and long sleeves. Attached to the bodice is a gathered gold and black lamé striped fabric knee-length skirt that is heavily gathered. There is a center back zipper to the waist, a side zip and a zip at the hem of each sleeve.
