Lot Description
A Sino-Tibetan Bronze Figure of Yamantaka and Vajravetali
cast in the form of the yidam and consort standing in alidhasana on trampled figures, the buffalo-headed yidam portrayed ferocious with bulging eyes and a gaping mouth, all atop a lotus base with a beaded upper edge.
Height 8 1/4 in., 21 cm.
