the bezel containing 64 round brilliant cut diamonds weighing approximately 0.64 carat total, 33.00 mm case diameter, skeletonized dial signed VACHERON CONSTANTIN, black pencil hands, exhibition crystal case back affixed by eight screws, intricately skeletonized 36 jewel self-winding movement with a 21c gold rotor signed VACHERON CONSTANTIN, black crocodile strap, later 18 karat white gold tang buckle with Vacheron Constantin logo.
