The brass works inscribed above 'Tempus Fugit, Made in England, the door mounted with a plaque inscribed 'PRESENTED TO MR. A. BULLOCK BY HIS COLLEAGUES ON HIS RETIREMENT AFTER 22 YEARS SERVICE WITH THE PORT SEA ISLAND MUTUAL COOPERATIVE SCY. INC. AUG. 1934.'
