Lot Description
Oscar de la Renta Dress with Belt, 1980-90s
Red, white and blue plaid silk taffeta dress with fitted bodice and full skirt with a gathered hem. The crew neckline is finished with a wide blue collar and the long sleeves are made of sheer blue fabric gathered into a wide and buttoned cuff. The dress closes down the center front with a buttoned placket. The bodice is lined in blue silk and the skirt is unlined. A self fabric belt is lined with blue leather.

Wear consistent with age. The snaps at the center front closure are loose. The top and bottom self-fabric covered buttons are missing. The fabric near the center front snaps, below the waist, is fragile. There are repairs in the blue sheer fabric under each arm.
