Norman Norell Dress, 1960-70s
Strapless black wool crepe dress with internal boned bodice and gathered elastic waistline. The dress is lined with a black silk and closed at the side with a zip and hook and eye. Elastic waist with exterior side zip closure, fully lined with an interior, side boning, and a side zip closure.
No fabric designer label, but there is an original retail label: Norman Norell / Incorporated / 550 7th Avenue / NYC
Condition:
Overall very good condition. Front bodice three small moth holes, back bodice one slight moth hole. Skirt with three small holes and hem shortened- folded over allowance 4.75".
Approximate Flat Measurements:
Bust: 16"
Waist: 12"- 15.5"
Hips: 19"
Length (from underarm): 35.25"
