Lot Description
**Webley Mark IV Revolver with RFI Marked Cylinder
.38/200. 5" barrel length. SN: 2157. Parkerized metal arsenal refinish with Suncorite finish over cylinder mounting serrated black synthetic grips with lanyard loop to butt. Double action top-break automatic ejector revolver featuring a pinned front blade and latch rear notch sight. Item shows an RFI marking on the cylinder indicating this part was made in India, while the frame lacks a visible maker marking. Lower barrel exhibits CAI ST ALB VT importer marking with the top struck CAL. 38 followed by a 42 date mark over {Broad Arrow} and British military proofs, all weakened due to arsenal refinish. Cylinder shows a cluster of Arrow marks in one location rather than spread between the chambers. Scattered Broad Arrow proofs to major parts. Grips stenciled with the number 66 or 99. {C&R}
