Bolt action internal magazine fed repeating rifle charged with stripper clips. Receiver mark reads U.S./MODEL OF 1917/EDDYSTONE with the barrel date reading {E/Ordnance Bomb/11-18} indicating it was made in November, 1918. Further shows an {Ordnance Bomb} and Eaglehead mark to left receiver. Magazine floorplate has been scratched with diamond pattern, while a faint signature has been pressed into the left butt. {C&R}
