WWII German Paratrooper M38 Fallschirmjager Helmet and American Civil Defense Helmet
1.) WWII German M38 Paratrooper Helmet. 6 X 8.5 X 10". Green painted finish to steel shell with rolled edge and sand texturing through paint. Item features aluminum alloy band mounting suspension with leather dome with weakened Karl Heisler maker markings. Lot 4054 struck into the interior shell behind brim. Weak and illegible maker mark to interior crown. Foam rubber pads are hardened.
2.) American Civil Defense Helmet. 7 X 12 X 13.25". White painted finish with canvas liner and rolled edge. Marked US GOVT/PROPERTY behind brim.
