Item is stenciled 125 MM GUN/SCC/(F)/PROP 15/1 TP/PROP 12/7B/1 GN BAG/PRIMER GUV/FRC/LEAD WIRE. The rim has been spot welded in place with riveted brackets for handle. Base folded over and soldered in place.
