Three Nantucket Lightship Baskets
Late 19th / 20th Century
comprising two gathering baskets, unmarked, and a lug-handled basket by Ferdinand Sylvaro (1868-1952), circa 1930, with old jelly label inscribed in ink, "Made by Ferdinanad Sylvaro/ 97 Orange St./ Nantucket, Mass." , impressed, "K13", and with branded mark to underside.
Height 7 x diameter 14 1/2 inches (largest gathering basket).
