In a floral design, set with a central oval cabochon turquoise measuring approximately 19.50 x 14.75 mm which may be removed and replaced with an oval cabochon coral and lapis lazuli, accented by round diamonds and pear shape cabochon turquoise. Mounted in 18 karat yellow gold. 2 1/8 x 2 inches.
