The central en tremblant flower featuring an oval flat top diamond measuring approximately 10.20 x 8.00 mm, additionally set throughout with old mine, old European, and rose cut diamonds. Mounted in silver-topped 18 karat gold. 2 3/4 x 1 1/4 inches.
