A Japanese Gilt Lacquered Wood Figure of Buddha Height 19 inches.
18TH/19TH CENTURY
the figure depicted standing on a lotus throne further raised on a tiered stand, dressed in long draped robes, the right hand raised with the palm facing outwards, the left hand lowered, the face carved with a serene expression underneath tight knots, back by radiating aurora.
