Postmortem of a child. A sixth-plate daguerreotype of a child laid to rest in his plaid outfit. Stamped " Clark, New Brunswick" on the mat. Housed in a nice black lacquer and MOP push button case.
 
Craig's Daguerreian Registry lists Clark operating a studio between 1853-55, and exhibiting at the New York Crystal Palace Exhibition of 1853.
