[CAMERAS]. A selection of dry plate cameras, incl. Hetherington and Hibben and Conley examples.
Hetherington & Hibben No. 1 magazine camera for 4 x 5 plates (scuffing and wear to surface throughout). Size 11 3/8 x 7 3/8 x 6 in. Ca 1892. -- Rochester Optical Co. New Model view camera for 4 x 5 plates (some surface wear to wood, bellows overall good). Size 9 x 6 3/4 x 6 1/2 in. Ca 1895. -- Conley Camera Co. 4 x 5 folding plate camera with bellows (some surface wear to leather, bellows overall good). Size 9 1/4 x 6 1/2 x 6 1/2 in. Housed in original case with holders (case is brittle, with surface wear and areas of separation). Ca 1900-1910. -- Conley Camera Co. 5 x 7 folding plate camera with bellows (some surface wear to leather, bellows overall good). Size 12 x 9 x 8 in. Ca 1908-1917. With printed advertisement. -- Century Camera Co. 4 x 5 folding plate camera with bellows (overall very good). Retailer's plate on side of camera, "Harvey & Lewis, Opticians, Hartford, Conn." Size 8 x 6 x 6 in. Housed in original case with holders and Century Camera Co. catalogue (some light scuffing and wear to case). Ca early 1900s. -- Unmarked 4 x 5 folding plate camera with bellows (some light wear to wood, bellows overall good). Size 7 x 6 x 5 1/2 in. Ca late 19th-early 20th century. -- With 3 boxes of photographic dry plates and a plate holder.
