Provenance: David Currey (recipient of inscription and with a typed letter of provenance). Currey had this book signed while Creeley was giving a reading at Lincoln College: "[H]ad a very good conversation with Creeley. When I gave him this book to inscribe, he said, 'Oh, you got one of those!' The inscription, I think, conveys his discomfort with the Lincoln College environment."
