2 volumes, 4to. 50 photogravures (4 original to this edition), and 2 facsimiles (one original to this edition). Contemporary crushed olive morocco gilt, covers in a Derome-style with ornate filigree frame of acanthus leaves and many flowers, top edges gilt, others uncut, silk endpapers, gilt stamp-signed by Zaehnsdorf, ALSO WITH THEIR GILT EXHIBITION STAMP on rear pastedown (rebacked preserving original spine, extremities toned, few faint scuffs and a small stain to covers of vol.2, front free endpaper detached in vol.1).
LIMITED EDITION, number 6 of 8 copies, PRINTED ON JAPAN VELLUM, both volumes signed by the printers, publishers, and editor.
