[FLAGS]. Civil War-era 11-star Southern Sanctuary American flag. Ca 1860s.
26 x 35 in. flag comprised of 11 cotton stars arranged in 'akimbo' 4-3-4 rows and hand-sewn to a wool bunting canton, hand-sewn wool bunting stripes, the canton resting on a red stripe, the cotton pocket header retains rope, mounted in a plexiglass frame.
