Lot Description
A Japanese Celadon-Glazed Double Gourd Vase, Seifu Yohei III, and Two Kogo, Suwa Sozan
The vase decorated in relief with peony scroll in Song/Yuan style, auspicious symbols to the upper portion, underside incised Seifu, with additional impressed mark, wood stand; one kogo cylindrical, with a fabulous beast on the cover in subtle low relief; the other, slightly domed and modeled with the three monkeys San'en, undersides of both with impressed maker's seal. First kogo with inscribed and sealed Japanese wood box.
