The first finely decorated with sparrows among bamboo and day lilies, executed in silver wires against a midnight blue ground, stamped maker's mark to underside; the second decorated with lappets enclosing stylized drum medallions and dragonfish, partly against an aventurine ground, the lower ground of an unusual speckled violet and brick red.
