With autograph corrections in pencil by Caresse Crosby on pp. 1, 12, 17, 21, and 27. With an autograph letter, signed by Caresse Crosby to the Dunster House Publishing Co., offering the work for publication: "This very small limited edition 'hors commerce' is printed for a few friends and a few critics--I submit it to you hoping that I may interest you sufficiently to publish it--if so may I know your terms--Yours Truly Caresse Crosby". On her, and Harry Crosby's, personal stationery.
