Edited and designed by June Newton. Illustrated with 400 duotone reproductions of Newton's photographs. Publisher's pictorial cloth-covered beveled boards; in original pictorial dust-jacket, wear and creasing to spine ends, light scattered soiling; with original metal bookstand, designed by Philippe Starck.
