Folio. 355, (1) pp. Illustrated with nine color lithographs and numerous black and white in-text illustrations by Thiebaud. Publisher's pictorial blue cloth-covered boards, stamped in black and in blue, light soiling in upper spine; top and bottom edges trimmed, fore-edge untrimmed; in original matching slip case, lightly soiled.
