Barcham Green's hand-made paper. 4to. xx, 146 pp. Edited and with an introduction by John Carter. Illustrated with 32 color and black and white collotype plates and in-text illustrations by Paul Nash. Original vellum and crushed brown levant over boards, front board with vellum onlay, rear board with crushed brown levant onlay, decorated and lettered in gilt; all edges gilt; by Sangorski & Sutcliffe after Nash's design; in original brown cloth slip case.
