Set with a cut cornered step cut diamond at the center weighing approximately 1.15 carats, with additional old European and single cut diamonds set throughout weighing approximately 2.75 carats total, and variously shaped French cut synthetic sapphires. Mounted in platinum. 3 x 3/4 inches.
