In a starburst design, set with angelskin coral, seed pearls, and old mine, old European, and antique cushion cut diamonds weighing approximately 2.25 - 2.75 carats total with additional rose cut diamonds, with a hinged glazed compartment on the reverse. Mounted in yellow gold. 2 3/8 x 1 1/2 inches.
