Set with a carved agate cameo depicting a flute-playing cherub atop a cloud against a scalloped shell-motif background, accented with old mine and old European cut diamonds weighing approximately 1.00 carat total and pearls (origin not tested) measuring approximately 5.15 - 6.35 mm. Mounted in yellow gold and blackened gold. 2 3/8 x 1 1/4 inches.
