(London: Weidenfeld and Nicolson, 1965). Comprising 34 (of 36) plates; printed biographical information on verso of each. Scattered soiling and edge-wear; library ink stamp on verso of each plate. Remnant of one side of original box present, with library stamp and old bookseller's ticket on same. In custom archival library box. Sold with all faults, and not subject to return.
