the headboard with detachable upper crest, inscribed and dated, "...Jacob Kobelt/ Ana Magadalena Lodtly 1827", the footboard with scene depicting boaters on a placid lake, and roundel inscribed with German expression, with the original side rails as well as later side rails made for modern use.
