The Bronx Bombers claimed the first of three consecutive World Championships this season as they sailed to a mind-boggling 125-50 overall record. To honor this remarkable season, "The Boss", George Steinbrenner, presented this marvelous pendant to his sister Susan Norpell.

The Balfour pendant features 0.85 carat weight diamonds and are featured within and surrounding the iconic New York Yankees logo. Gold raised letters "World Champions 1998" are also displayed on the front while the back features an appropriate Balfour maker stamping and is engraved to "Sue".
