the rectangular top divided into three sections, each inset with a porcelain panel against a diaper ground, two panels painted with iron red enameled sinuous dragons amongst clouds, and one panel showing phoenix birds amongst flowering peonies; all bordered with striding dragons flanked by ruyi heads, set above background with interlocking T's; the openwork aprons decorated on each side with twisted robes suspending a bi disc, gilt highlighted dragon decoration continued on the rectangular section legs joined by stretchers at the sides, ending in hoof feet.
