An Aesthetic Movement Sterling Silver Two-Handled Tennis Trophy Cup
Whiting Mfg. Co., North Attleboro, Massachusetts, Circa 1890

the two handles with foliate terminals, the base with cast and chased nerites holding shells, the body with acid-etched decoration and script, including two tennis rackets, a tennis net, and "Norwood Park Tennis Club Challenge Trophy," the reverse acid-etched with banner inscribed, "Winner.," beneath which are two engraved winners: "1894 - Robert D. Wrenn." and "1895 - William A. Larned," marked to underside.
