Silas White Howell (1770-1818), Morristown, New Jersey, Circa 1795

the covered sugar dish with "Onslow" handles, the lid with finial, the sugar dish and creamer both engraved with cartouche bearing monogram, "AEL," surmounted by floral garland, each marked twice to underside.
