Hand-colored aquatint frontispiece by Robert Cruikshank, letterpress title with wood-engraved vignette and decorative border of skulls and winged timers, 18 hand-colored aquatints after Van Assen. (Offsetting to text from plates.) Early 20th century half morocco, marbled boards, top edge gilt, stamp-signed by the Booklovers Shop of Cleveland (spine lightly sunned). Provenance: Henry A. Sherwin (bookplate).

Second edition, first printed in 1813 by Hodgson. Tooley 111.
