Knee-length A-line skirt in black wool gabardine. Features an oversized metal kiss lock purse frame at front; attached adjustable halter strap to hang around neck. Purse frame opens to a functional pocket. Concealed zipper and hook-and-eye closure at back waist. Unlined.
