Photographer's clipped print advertisement partially adhered to verso, "Hennigar, Photographer...Lambertville, N. J...Good Pictures taken rain or shine. Particular attention paid to taking Children's Pictures..." The bow tie of the young boy and the hair bow of the young girl are both tinted in the same striking blue color.

2 1/2 x 3 15/16 in. tintype featuring a young woman holding a cat on her lap. (Clipped corners, some wear to edges, minor surface wear.) The woman has long hair, which she wears down in crimped curls and braids, with flowers affixed on her head. The cat rests comfortably on her lap, with its upper body alert and eyes focused on the camera.

Gem-sized tintype portrait of a girl posed with a cat sitting on the table right next to her. Housed in a double-sided paper sleeve with a portrait of an elderly woman on the other side. (Not examined out of the sleeve.)
