Item features front and rear sling loops, and a selector lever to the tang. Top of the barrel is marked E. BEYER CELLE with light floral and spiral engraved embellishments to the frame, lockplates, and breeches. Item features German firing proofs to major parts, and matching serial numbers on the barrels, frame, and forend. Toe of the stock features a trapdoor and ports for four cartridges, including a dummy round provided by the consignor for this lot with loading data hand written on both the cartridge, and a note taped to the right butt. Cartridge reads 8mm ON 9.3x72/-CASE-/.321 DIA-BULLET/176 GR. Interior forend has been polished at some point. Stock lightly sanded and refinished. {C&R}
