Two Blue Woven Mills Belts: A Single Row Krag New York National Guard and A Double Row Krag with C Closure
Spanish American War
1.) 3.125" x 2.75" brass belt buckle with embossed circled NY pattern mounted to a woven blue Mills belt with brass mountings and no visible maker markings. Item features 45 loops for .30-40 Krag cartridges, and currently contains thirteen .30-40 dummy cartridges.
2.) Dark blue woven canvas cartridge belt with brass fittings and C Closure featuring PAT. MILLS & ORNDORFF/AUG. 26, 67 MAR. 19, 89/JULY 31, 77 OCT. 31, 93/DEC. 28, 80 SEPT. 11, 94. patent markings, the final line of patents struck on the edge of the loop. Item features double rows for .30-40 Krag cartridges, and currently contains two dummy rounds.
