Group of Civil War Era Leather Items
American Civil War
1.) 13" long. 5.5" wide. 10.5" long without flap. Vegetable tanned leather holster with single belt loop and brass stud. No maker markings.
2.) 10.25" long. 5" wide. Brown leather flap holster with pressed pattern missing fastening button. Stitched along one side. No visible maker marks.
3.) 2.5" wide. Leather carbine boot with black painted steel buckle and fastening strap retained by brass studs.
4.) 3.75" wide. 3" long. Black leather cap pouch with brass stud. Flap is marked BPROULLS,MEEKER&CO/NEW-YORK.
5.) 3.5" wide. 3" long. Black leather cap pouch with maker mark to inner flap reading W.H. WILKINSON/MAKER/SP'GF'LD.MASS.
