Two Blue US Mills Cartridge Belts: 1 Double Row Krag and 1 Single Row .45-70
Spanish American War
1) Blue Woven C-Closure Double Row Krag Cartridge Belt, circa 1890s. Nominally 48" long and 3" wide. With 50 double rows of .30-40 Krag loops. Mills marked brass hardware, brass hanger in place. Inside of belt stenciled 2ND Mo Co C 15.
2) Blue Woven C-Closure Single Row .45-70 Cartridge Belt, circa 1890s with a cast brass M1883 type buckle added but without the keeper. Buckle may be a quality reproduction. Nominally 46" long by 3" wide. With 45 single row .45-70 loops. No maker's marks or brass hangers present. Interior of belt stenciled 1 CO M 19.
