*Ron Power Customized "Grand Master Deluxe" Smith & Wesson 65-2 PPC Revolver

.357 Magnum. 5.875" barrel length. SN: 1D96119. Polished stainless steel custom finish overall mounting checkered Cocobolo grips with finger grooves, and mounting micrometer adjustable sights on top of a vented rib. Double action six-shot hand ejector target revolver customized for competition shooting. Item features a custom smooth finished wide target trigger adjustable for over travel, and the action polished. Backstrap is custom textured, and the edges of the barrel engraved with light scroll embellishments. Item features a pinned custom barrel and recessed cylinder on a three screw frame. Right barrel engraved BY POWER CUSTOM INDEP. MO. with the left marked Grand Master DELUXE. Left sight struck U.S. PAT. Smith & Wesson marks include four-line address to the right frame, and monogram trade mark to sideplate.

Ronald Power began his gunsmithing career in 1959, when he founded Power Custom at the age of 20. Before his passing in October, 2024, at the age of 85, Power established a renowned reputation as a builder of Precision Pistol Competition revolvers, as an instructor, and as a competitive shooter who served on the US Army's Marksmanship Unit's pistol team. Throughout his career, Power continued to refine Smith & Wesson and Ruger revolvers for competition, with this exhibiting numerous improvements devised especially for precision shooting. {MODERN}
