Four parts in one volume. The third Edition inlarged Whereunto is added, The Jealous Lovers. Small 8vo. (xxvi), 134; (ii), 83, (1); (iv), 101, (1); (xvi), 88 pp.; with a general title-page and three divisional title-pages; lacking engraved frontispiece. Full contemporary brown calf, ruled in blind, boards, joints, and extremities rubbed; all edges trimmed; old ownership signature on front paste-down ("Dorothy Randolph / her Book"); two leaves of wastepaper bound in at front and rear; contemporary ownership signature on title-page, partially smudged; text block trimmed close to top edge, touching some running headlines and page numbers; scattered light soiling to text. Thomas Randolph's stepmother was named Dorothy Randolph (nee Lane) (1589-1656), possibly being the owner of this copy. She married Thomas's father, William, in 1619.
