London: Leonard Smithers, 1896. In three volumes, Nos. 1-8 (all published). First edition in book form. 4to. Edited by Arthur Symons. Literary contributions by W.B. Yeats, Joseph Conrad, and George Bernard Shaw, Max Beerbohm, and others. Profusely illustrated by Aubrey Beardsley, and others. Publisher's cobalt cloth-covered pictorial boards, decorated in gilt, with a design after Beardsley, boards and extremities very lightly worn; text completely unopened.
