Title-pages in red and black, numerous engravings. 20th-century half blue levant BY BAYNTUN, spines gilt, top edges gilt, others untrimmed (slight rubbing to a few covers). Provenance: Bookseller's stamp of Charles E. Lauriat, Boston, MA; Joel Cheney Wells (1874-1960) co-founder of Old Sturbridge Village (bookplate). LIMITED EDITION, number 86 of 1,000 copies of the "Edition de Luxe."
