Lot Description

A Yixing Pottery Vase LATE 19TH/EARLY 20TH CENTURY the pear shaped body resting atop a short straight foot, surmounted by a tall neck and a flared mouth, carved to the front depicting a flowering prunus tree with a two-character maker's mark, Qiantao (Shao Hongjun, 1882-1942), the reverse showing coin motif. Height 12 1/2 inches.
