Half-title, title printed in red and black with engraved vignette, 47 plates with duplicates in outline (totaling 89). (Lacking engraved frontispiece, a few plates disbound, some minor spotting or soiling.) Contemporary boards, modern leather rebacking (some overall wear to boards). Second edition. Eustachius finished his copper plates in 1552, but only a few were published in his lifetime. The plates were rediscovered and published in full in the first edition (Rome, 1714).
