Braque confirms plans for a future visit with his friend. -- GIBSON, Charles Dana (1867-1944). Autograph letter signed ("Ch. Gibson"), to Dan, n.p., n.d. 1 page, 4to, creased, a few pale marginal stains, slight offsetting, small clear mounting corners to blank area. Gibson promises to send tickets to the "Secrets of Illustration" show. -- MONTGOMERY, Bernard Law, 1st Viscount Montgomery of Alamein (1887-1976). Autograph letter signed ("Montgomery of Alamein"), to Mr. Salisbury, London, 29 March 1947. 2 pages, 8vo, on 7 Westminster Gardens, Marsham Street stationery. Montgomery sends his regrets, but promises to "do my best to unveil the [portrait of] Parnel in a worthy manner." -- MOORE, Henry (1898-1986). Autograph letter signed ("Henry Moore"), to Miss Wilson, North Canterbury, Kent, 30 June 1936. page, 8vo, fold touching "n" in signature, slight ink smudge to final "e" in signature, very minor soiling.
